Dreamer's Obligations

Updated: Jul 22, 2019

Dreamer’s Obligations from Short Story of The Dreamers

They pour oil on your soil, always claiming that they watered you...

Then get mad if you find out, and even madder if your flower grew...

Why would you go buy some things for you that’s unaffordable...

You bump your head a lot more times when you think life's avoidable...

I am not a rapper, I am way more of a writer...

If you do it more than once it’s not a choice, then it’s a cycle...

I wrote poems since a jit, on some stuff you can’t decipher...

And all my thoughts legit, cause they stemming from the bible...

My future wife ain’t gotta work...

And my kids gone go to church...

Imma donate any extra...

For the people who are hurt...

In whatever ways, I been a maze... Nostalgia…

But you can’t escape, cause you haven’t change now… Have you

White beamer tinted black, bet they thinking I’m a criminal...

But I been making racks, crunching numbers changing intervals

If you bringing fuss to me, Imma change up how the ending goes...

Just pass the FS back to U like you play for the Seminoles…
